The Malibu Beach Oasis is a contemporary architectural sanctuary perched high atop a bluff in Western Malibu, offering breathtaking views of a hidden beach and the vast Pacific Ocean. A stunning double-height glass entryway welcomes you into a magnificent great room, seamlessly connecting to an open-air patio that gives that true California indoor-outdoor vibe.

The villa is home to six exquisitely designed suites, with five nestled within the main residence and the sixth offering the added seclusion of the private casita, complete with a separate entrance, a charming sitting area, and its own en-suite bathroom for guests seeking added privacy. The expansive primary suite opens to an exclusive private outdoor hot tub, while its luxurious bathroom showcases a serene soaking tub that blends harmoniously with the surrounding high desert landscape.

Malibu Beach Oasis offers easy access to the ocean and the seamless privacy our guests appreciate. Soaring 18-foot ceilings and expansive ocean-facing terraces dissolve the boundary between interior and horizon, creating a stunning stage for unforgettable gatherings and intimate escapes alike. Spend leisurely afternoons in the pool, experience Malibu's incredible sunsets, and enjoy some friendly competition in the game room or relax together in the movie theatre. In the morning, hit the private home gym or grab a surfboard and go for a paddle. Malibu Beach Oasis is within walking distance of one of Malibu's favorite spots for local surfers, and a quick drive down the PCH will take you to the famous Zuma Beach.
