This property enjoys more than an acre of verdant grounds, including an exquisitely-maintained tennis court, which preserves its privacy. At the same time, it is within walking distance of the world-famous Sunset Strip.
Hillside Estate offers four en suite bedrooms, including a sumptuous master bedroom. The interior is dominated by a 2,000sq/ft great room with gleaming high ceilings. A designer gourmet kitchen and dining room mean that you can host formal dinners, but an outdoor kitchen and dining area by the infinite edge pool means that if you’d prefer to host a pool party you can.
The master bedroom and its sister suite both have tremendous master closets, and bathrooms with double vanities and steam showers. The master suite also boasts a free-standing tub and immediate access to the pool. Both other bedrooms also enjoy private toilets and showers.
